An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by flyoverthesky.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, flyoverthesky.com will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass or disallows you from traveling.
You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver’s license, etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter, the airline representative will issue your boarding pass.
You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking, and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, flyoverskyy will charge Rs. 250 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges, above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings, a standard fee of Rs. 1000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge. For rescheduling of domestic flights, flyoverthesky.com will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges. For no-show on domestic flights, flyoverthesky.com will charge Rs. 100 per person per sector as standard no-show charges. Please refer to airline-specific amendment and cancellation policies while using flyoverthesky.com services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation canceled.
The agreement can be terminated by either side by giving one (1) month’s notice in writing to the other party. During that period, accounts are to be reconciled and settled in favor of the party to whom balances are due.
flyoverskyy.com shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under this agreement if that is due to Force Majeure, viz., war, epidemic, earthquake, floods, fire, riots, strike, or similar circumstances beyond the control of flyoverskyy.com.
flyoverskyy.com will only serve as a booking agent for various travel services required by the client and cannot be held liable for any loss to the client arising out of delays, cancellations, accidents, unavailability, lack of services, etc., of various travel services including flights, hotels, or any services booked through flyoverskyy.com, which are not under the direct operation or management control of flyoverskyy.com. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Amritsar District Court.
Any top-up payment or advance payment received from a client that is not used for services for any reason, and if the client wants their payment returned, the customer needs to submit a refund request after one month of deposit. Once we receive the refund request from the client, the balance amount will be refunded within 07 to 10 working days via the same source.
The person applying to be an Agent needs to fill out a form containing details such as the current occupation, locality of the outlet, number of people employed, current turnover, etc. Upon approval of this form by flyoverskyy, a brief agreement detailing all the conditions and policies will be signed. The prospective agent needs to employ at least one person from the travel industry to promote business and make calls to the customer traffic coming into the outlet and at least one office assistant for delivery, bank, and miscellaneous work.
In case flyoverskyy notices any fraud or forging of documents by the sub-agent, flyoverskyy shall immediately terminate its partnership with the sub-agent and cease to accept bookings from them. An Agent’s performance shall be reviewed every 6 months, where a decision on continuing the partnership with the agent shall be taken and appropriately conveyed to the agent. flyoverskyy is authorized to terminate the association with the agent on an immediate basis. An agent can terminate the partnership with flyoverskyy by giving a termination letter to flyoverskyy with one month’s notice period, addressed to the Sales Manager.
flyoverskyy Preferred Sales Agent Agreement
Agreement for providing Travel & Tourism-related services by flyoverthesky.com, a division of flyoverskyy. This Agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of appointment.
The payment terms will be as follows. For any bookings, the agent will have to make full payment, including the taxes (less the Agent’s commission mentioned herein) via online bank transfer to flyoverskyy’s account in the banks of ICICI or PNB or any other bank account as designated by flyoverthesky.com. The Agent can also deposit the cheque in any of the branches of the above banks. Upon credit of the said amount into flyoverskyy’s account and acknowledgment of the same by the accounts department to the Operations department, flyoverthesky.com Customer Service Executives will process the booking and forward the e-ticket, paper ticket, or Hotel/Holiday Voucher to the PSA.
