What is an e-ticket? An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket. How will I get my e-ticket details? Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking with www.flyoverthesky.com , please call our Customer Care Representative. www.flyoverthesky.com shall not be liable if customers do not comply with this requirement. Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me? Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by www.flyoverthesky.com . In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, www.flyoverthesky.com . will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from travelling. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket? You need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and e-ticket along with a photo identity proof (passport, driver’s license etc.) at the airline check-in counter. Thereafter the airline representative will issue your boarding pass
Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel your domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click on the Cancel button. For online cancellation, Fly over the Sky Travels will charge Rs. 250 per person per sector as standard cancellation charges above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. For international flight bookings, a standard fee of Rs 1000 per person would be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge. For rescheduling of domestic flights www.flyoverthesky.com will charge Rs. 300 per person per sector as standard rescheduling charges. For no-show on domestic flights www.flyoverthesky.com will charge Rs. 100 per person per sector as standard no-show charges. Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using www.flyoverthesky.com Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.

TERMINATION CLAUSE: The agreement can be terminated by either side by giving one (1) month notice in writing to the other party. During that period accounts are to be reconciled and settled in favour of the party to whom balances are due. FORCE MAJURE CLAUSE: gorbt.in shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement, if that is by Force Majure, viz, war, epidemic, earthquake, floods, fire, riots, strike, or similar circumstances beyond the control of gorbt.in RELEASE OF LIABILITY: gorbt.in will only serve as a booking agent for various travel services required by the client & cannot be held liable for any loss to the client arising out of delays, cancellations, accidents, unavailability, lack of services etc of various travel services including flights, hotels or any services booked through gorbt which are not under the direct or operating or management control of gorbt Disputes, if any shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Amritsar Dist Court

Agent Cancellation / Refund Policy (B2B) Any top-up payment / advance payment which is received from client & if client does not use the amount for services for any reason and he wants his payment to return in this case after one month of deposit, customer need to give refund request to us, once we will get refund request from the client, the balance amount will be refunded within 07 to 10 working days via same source The person applying to be an Agent needs to fill up a form containing details such as the current occupation, locality of the outlet, number of people employed, current turnover, etc Upon approval of his form by Fly over the Sky Travels, a brief agreement detailing all the conditions, policies will be signed. The prospective agent needs to employ at least one person from the travel industry to promote business and make calls to the customer traffic coming into the outlet and at least one office assistant for delivery, bank and miscellaneous work. In case Fly over the Sky Travels notices any fraud and / or forging of documents by the sub agent, Fly over the Sky Travels shall immediately terminate its partnership with the sub agent and cease to accept bookings from them. An Agent’s performance shall be reviewed every 6 months, where a decision on continuing the partnership with the agent shall be taken and appropriately conveyed to the agent. Fly over the Sky Travels is authorized to terminate the association with the agent on an immediate basis. An agent can terminate the partnership with Fly over the Sky Travels by giving a termination letter to Fly over the Sky Travels by giving one month’s notice period, addressed to the Sales Manager. Fly over the Sky Travels.in Preferred Sales Agent Agreement Agreement for providing Travel & Tourism related services by www.flyoverthesky.com . A Division of Fly over the Sky Travels This Agreement is valid for 1 year from the date of appointment. PAYMENT: The Payment terms will be as per the following. For any bookings, the agent will have to make full payment including the taxes (less the Agents commission mentioned herein) via online bank transfer to Fly over the Sky Travels account in the banks of ICICI or PNB or any other bank account as designated by www.flyoverthesky.com . The Agent can also deposit the cheque in any of the branches of the above banks. Upon credit of the said amount into Fly over the Sky Travels account & acknowledgement of the same by the accounts department to the Operations department, www.flyoverthesky.com Customer Service Executives will process the booking & forward the e-ticket, paper ticket, Hotel / Holiday Voucher to the PSA.
